  • Return the bicycle to the store

  • One-Way Return is also available
    (Available at participating locations only)
  • * Advance application is required

* One-Way Return: A service that allows you to
return your bicycle at a different location from where you rented it (additional fee applies)

How to Make a Reservation

Yes, if bicycles are available on the day, but we recommend making a reservation in advance.

The suitable height varies depending on the bicycle model. Please contact us for details.
Can beginners ride as well?
Yes. We can also recommend beginner-friendly routes, so please feel free to use our service.
Is a helmet included?
Helmets are provided free of charge.
Can I leave my luggage at the store?
Luggage storage is available at our store.

* Luggage storage service is available for ¥1,100 per day (tax included).

Can you provide service in English?
We have English-speaking staff available.
